How to join a Zoom webinar

Once registered, the Secretariat will send an email invitation. The invitation will include a unique link to access the streaming of meetings. Participants can either click on the ‘Join Webinar’ button or copy and paste the link provided in the email to their browser.


Once the webinar begins, for meetings that will be interpreted, participants will be able to switch between English, French, Russian, Spanish and original audio channels, through the bottom navigation bar on their screens.

Please note that all participants when first joining the meeting will be directed to the Original audio (floor audio) channel by default.


Working Groups will be conducted in English only. The Zoom interface will look different from the other meeting.
